Inquiry by e-mail or using the contact form
I will process the completed data (or data sent by email) to answer your inquiries and questions.
If we collaborate, I will use your name, contact information (email, phone), business details, and any other data you share with me to deliver services (and subsequent invoicing). The data will be processed for 10 years after the end of the cooperation. This data processing complies with the GDPR (contract negotiation and contract performance).
In case of non-cooperation, I will delete the data within 1 month.
Purchase through the Freemius platform
The data is processed by Freemius (based in the USA) based on your order to purchase the plugin, and you have the right to set what data you share with me as the plugin developer.
The data required for invoicing, order delivery, and license management is processed automatically. Other data about the page you are using the plugin on is fully in opt-in mode, i.e. you set it yourself. The data controller, in this case, is Freemius, and it only provides me with access to the data.
Access to your data
I consider the data to be confidential and do not share or transfer it outside the European Union. All data stored on local disks is encrypted and password protected, and source code versioning systems use two-factor authentication, among other things.
I process invoices using the online accounting system Fakturoid, to which my accountant from BKP Finance s.r.o. has access. Some orders or invoices can also be processed using the automation tool Make.
The standard communication is via email and video calls via Meet (both Google Workspace), the Freelo project tool, and phone calls. Other communication channels can be set up depending on the specific project.
Any emails with information about plugins are sent out via Ecomail (and you have the option to opt-out); it only handles first name, last name, and email.
Passwords and other access data are stored in the 1Password manager.
